Termination

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. All disputes fall under the territorial jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion. Refunds
Payments and Refund Policy for The Knot in Frames
Who We Are
We are The Knot in Frames, a Cinematic Wedding Films sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru. This website is owned and operated by ‘The Knot in Frames’ in Bengaluru, Karnataka India. We are registered with the Government of India as a sole proprietorship with UDYAM registration being UDYAM-KR-03-0631760.
By initiating in the purchase of anything made available on or through this website, including but not limited to products and services (collectively referred to as “website”), you are agreeing to accept all parts of this Payments/Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Payment/Refund Policies outlined below, STOP now, and do not proceed with any transaction through this website.
Payment Plan
The Knot in Frames offers the following payment plan:
- Non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the final quote to block the dates for the services requested.
- Payment of 50% of the final quote to be made within 4 weeks of the dates blocked.
- Balance payment of 25% of the final quote to be made on receipt of the links to the final deliverables. The hard drive with full resolution files will be mailed through postal delivery only on receipt of full and final payment.
Refunds
In case of your cancellation of the wedding after payment of 50% of the final quote then you will be refunded 40% of the amount.
In case of your postponement of wedding dates after payment of 50% of the final quote has been made – no refund will be offered if we are able to shoot your wedding on the new dates. If we are unavailable to shoot then we will refund 40% of the 50% of the final quote.
No requests for refunds will be entertained under any other circumstance.
In case we cancel shooting the wedding we offer a full refund.
Please allow for 2 weeks to process any applicable refunds.
Modes of Payment
We accept payments in cash/credit cards/debit card/bank transfer/UPI.
We are currently unable to process international credit/debit card payments.
