Our Process
A Fidelity to Meticulous-ness
We follow a process that has been refined over years through trials and tribulations. What we offer here is a proposal of a timeline. A timeline of what our collaboration will look like. A timeline that will help build the foundations of what will become a film to archive for generations.
Today
Fill out our form. We’ll get back to you with a tentative estimate. Within 24 hours. And a link to schedule a meeting.
First Meeting
We meet over Zoom with the Bride/Groom/Wedding Planner. We understand your needs and then we will send you a final quote and an agreement.
booking
We block off your dates once you book it through paying a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the quote. 50% is then due 2 weeks before your wedding.
The Day Of
We arrive early to capture the Bride and Groom getting ready. We then set up to shoot the wedding/event.
6 weeks later
We will send you a link to the first edit of your Highlight film/s. We ask that you get back on revisions within 2 weeks.
delivery
We revise in 2 weeks and send you links to the final versions. We will courier you your Hi-res films on a pen drive via postal delivery.

We follow a documentary and observational style of filmmaking also known as ‘direct cinema‘. Nothing is posed. Everything is as is. We capture your day as it unfolds without staging it.
What makes us different is that our team is led by professionals with professional training in filmmaking. We bring the same rigour and discipline to wedding film production that we brought to cinematic production. We also place an equal emphasis on editing as much as on shooting.
No. We have worked with various photographers throughout the years in the weddings we have shot. So we are open to collaborating productively with anyone you hire to photograph your wedding.

We ask for payment in 3 instalments:
25% non-refundable deposit to book your dates
50% paid 4 weeks before wedding date
25% once we send you the final downloadable links

We accept payment through cash/bank transfer/UPI/credit & debit cards.
We don’t take on too many weddings since we are a small boutique film production company. So we would recommend you get in touch with us as soon as you fix your wedding dates.
